"Tri State Tree Service came out and removed a very large Sweetgum tree that was hanging over our boat shed. The tree was fourteen feet in circumference and hanging over the back yard. Sadly the workers were viciously attacked by a swarm of honey bees who had a large hive on the first limb they cut down. We contacted a bee keeper who came and removed the bees and honey. In a few days the workers were able to come back and take the tree down and they did it quickly and efficiently. On one of their cuts they were surprised by a wood duck who come flying out of the cut limb while they were lowering it. It had a nest with seven eggs in it. They cleaned up all the limbs and everything was moved by the next day. We were very impressed with their work and we will use Tri State Tree Service again. Thank you so much guys!"

For example the cost of tree removal is calculated by the circumference of the tree and its height, among other factors. Every employee I dealt with was congenial and knowledgeable. Texts were returned promptly. The only suggestion I have is for upper management. It would be helpful if communication between departments could be more user friendly. That would help efficiency. "Overall, good service. Price was very reasonable and good when compared to another tree service quote I received. All the employees I interacted with were very polite and accommodating to .y request. My biggest complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is the debris pickup. I needed debris removed on same day but was told that not possible Also, initially the amount of debris was underestimated by the initisl consultant. However, a mid-job debris removal was coordinated and it was understood by the tree cutting crew he would return with an empty dump truck for the rest of the debris. He did return, but to only load up the bobcat and leave at 3:30 pm. He told the tree cutters he hadto go home. This miss-communication caused unnecessary extra work for them. However, next morning, Shawn came to the rescue(different guy from previous day). Kudos and big shout out to Shawn. He came early and did a great job cleaning up. If you use Tri-state, ask for Shawn for debris pick-up. This company needs more like him. My tree cutting crew and stump grinder was exceptional as well. Sorry for the long post and reason for not giving 5 stars."

"These 3 guys knew what they were doing. All the limbs on one tree they cut were hanging over our carport/workshop. Not one cut limb hit it. Clean up was perfect including the debris they put for pick-up in the front yard. Some scarring in the backyard but that can't be helped with the equipment needed to do the job. I can take care of that. Thank you so much. Two trees we don't have to worry about anymore although you did piss some squirrels off :)."

"Tri State Tree Service came out and removed a very large Sweetgum tree that was hanging over our boat shed. The tree was fourteen feet in circumference and hanging over the back yard. Sadly the workers were viciously attacked by a swarm of honey bees who had a large hive on the first limb they cut down. We contacted a bee keeper who came and removed the bees and honey. In a few days the workers were able to come back and take the tree down and they did it quickly and efficiently. On one of their cuts they were surprised by a wood duck who come flying out of the cut limb while they were lowering it. It had a nest with seven eggs in it. They cleaned up all the limbs and everything was moved by the next day. We were very impressed with their work and we will use Tri State Tree Service again. Thank you so much guys!"

For example the cost of tree removal is calculated by the circumference of the tree and its height, among other factors. Every employee I dealt with was congenial and knowledgeable. Texts were returned promptly. The only suggestion I have is for upper management. It would be helpful if communication between departments could be more user friendly. That would help efficiency. I will call Tri State again if I need tree service."

"Overall, good service. Price was very reasonable and good when compared to another tree service quote I received. All the employees I interacted with were very polite and accommodating to .y request. My biggest complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is the debris pickup. I needed debris removed on same day but was told that not possible Also, initially the amount of debris was underestimated by the initisl consultant. However, a mid-job debris removal was coordinated and it was understood by the tree cutting crew he would return with an empty dump truck for the rest of the debris. He did return, but to only load up the bobcat and leave at 3:30 pm. He told the tree cutters he hadto go home. This miss-communication caused unnecessary extra work for them. However, next morning, Shawn came to the rescue(different guy from previous day). Kudos and big shout out to Shawn. He came early and did a great job cleaning up. If you use Tri-state, ask for Shawn for debris pick-up. This company needs more like him. My tree cutting crew and stump grinder was exceptional as well. Sorry for the long post and reason for not giving 5 stars."
